Arcstone Vietnam – Business Developer

Dedicated to operationalizing data for the manufacturing industry, Arcstone Pte. Ltd. was founded in Singapore to h'elp manufacturers harness data from machines and facilities, turning it into actionable information for real-time monitoring, control and decision making. Arcstone’s platform and modular solutions are highly customizable for a wide range of industries and purposes.

Since Arcstone’s founding in 2013, the company has developed data solutions for firms in various manufacturing sectors such as pharmaceutical, medical equipment, F&B, precision engineering, electronic components, military, etc. Arcstone has been expanding to various markets around the world including Vietnam. As the company continues to grow, Arcstone is looking for experienced business developers to build out the Arcstone’s customer base in Vietnam.

We are looking for experienced business developers who have strong network in manufacturing space and enterprise software experience. Candidates must be able to work independently and find new avenues to grow Arcstone Vietnam.

The position is based in Ho Chi Minh City. This is the opportunity for you to become one of the first business developers in Arcstone Vietnam. You will be at the forefront in the mission to grow Arcstone in Vietnam market.


Responsibilities:

• Develop growth plan and build up sales pipeline based on candidates’ network with manufacturing companies
• Approach potential manufacturers to introduce about Arcstone solution and to study customers’ needs
• Design and present solutions to the customers based their needs
• Meet monthly sales targets
• Manage customer relationship
• Support system integrator and technical team in terms of customer communication in product deployment phase

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of working experience in manufacturing space
• Strong network with management level of manufacturing companies
• Strong track record of the ability to win projects with manufacturers
• Able to work with minimum supervision
