Hiện Công ty chúng tôi đang tuyển gấp vị trí Kỹ sư nhà máy ( Manufacturing Engineer - ME) với thông tin như sau

Job Title: ME Engineer
Department: Production
Reports to: Production Manager

Job Responsibilities
1 Implement department budget and plan
2 Develop and improve switch assembly manufacturing process to improve quality level and efficiency.
3 Control and update process documentations in time(such as SOP,P-FMEA,PV report，Standard time，process
follow chart etc.)
4 Provide technical support for tooling/fixture design and equipment，verify and qualify new tooling/fixture and
equipment
5 Implement training program (machine and operation) to operators, coach technician
6 Involve new product development in new product pilot run.
7 Accomplish other tasks assigned by superior.

Job Requirements
1 Education / Qualification:
Degree or diploma in electrical or mechanical engineering
Good at oral and writing English

2 Working Experience:
Minimum 3 years’ ME experience in mechanical manufacturing
Experience in trouble shooting & programming of PLC
Experience in trouble shooting of mechanical & electronical

3 Others:
Able to work independently
Have strong ability in communication and coordination
Good understanding of Lean principles or Six sigma
Good understanding of cost drivers
Have good attitude and be honesty
