@minhlaminhmo: mình xài Win7 32 bit Ultimate bạn, đang cài Wincc 7.0(mình down ở trang đầu á). lúc cài chọn mỗi Wincc 7.0 standard thôi mà nó cài bao nhiêu đó. mình đã cài net framework 3.5.1. mà vẫn bị lỗi thế. ko bit sao nua. bạn cần thêm thông tin gì thì bảo mình ^^
Mình cũng tìm trên mạng và đưa giải pháp cho bạn, chứ mình cũng chưa thử ^^. Nếu thử cách này không được thì chắc bạn nên cài lại win và thử cài đặt lại lần nữa xem sao nhé.
