Requirements for installing STEP 7 Basic and Professional V11.0

1 Hardware requirements
Your PC must meet the following minimum requirements for installing STEP 7 Basic / Professional V11.0:
Processor: 2.2 GHz Core 2 Duo (T7500) or comparable
Main memory: 2 GB RAM
Hard disk: 250 GB S-ATA HDD
Graphics: min. 1280x1024
Screen: 15" SXGA + Display (1400 x 1050)

2 Software requirements
STEP 7 Professional / Basic V11 is released for the following operating systems (32-bit):
MS Windows XP Home SP3 (only for STEP 7 Basic)
MS Windows XP Professional SP3

MS Windows 7 Home Premium (with and without SP1) (only for STEP 7 Basic)
MS Windows 7 Professional, Enterprise and Ultimate (with and without SP1)

MS Windows 2003 Server R2 Standard Edition SP2 (only for STEP 7 Professional)
MS Windows Server 2008 Standard Edition SP2 (only for STEP 7 Professional)
The 64-bit operating systems below are supported as from STEP 7 Professional / Basic V11+SP2:

Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium (with or without SP1) (only for STEP 7 Basic)
Microsoft Windows 7 Professional and Enterprise (with or without SP1)
Microsoft Windows 7 Ultimate SP1
Microsoft Windows Server 2008 Standard Edition R2 (with or without SP1) (only for STEP 7 Professional)
