Trong tài liệu biến tần nó ghi lỗi này có thể là những nguyên nhân sau:

The intermediate circuit voltage is higher then the over voltage limit of the drive. The VLT® will trip with an alarm after a short warning message.
1. Generating operation:
a) The down ramps are too short
b) The inertia of the load is too big
c) The brake electronics of the VLT® is defective or overloaded
2. Mains transients in the supply voltage
3. Over voltage in the power supply
4. Interaction between the VLT® and the idle current compensation device

Cách khắc phục là:

1. Reduce the generative energy:
a) Set longer down ramps
b) Reduce the load, activate Over Voltage Control (Par. 2-17) resp. AC Brake (Par. 2-10) (see Note) or use a VLT® with a brake resistor
c) Please contact your local Danfoss supplier*
2. Check the mains for possible transients*
3. Check the mains for possible over voltage
4. Check mains conditions eventually use idle current compensation devices with chokes
